Mike and the team at DentBiz did a terrific job repairing my hail damaged vehicle. Prior to finding DentBiz, I gave other companies a chance for my business. I fought for weeks to talk to people, get straight answers, and get my car scheduled for repair. After much frustration, I searched again and found DentBiz right in my back yard. I called, spoke to a live person, and an hour later was in the shop getting my truck evaluated. Mike was honest with me, set realistic expectations of what I could expect regarding the repairs, and scheduled me right then and there. When the time came for my appointment there was no delay (except on the part of my insurance company), and the work was completed in the timeframe committed to me with email communication along the way keeping me informed at every step. Just got home from picking up my truck, and it looks great! I'm very particular, at it is obvious that the DentBiz team is also as is demonstrated by the thoroughnessand pride they take in their work. I would highly recommend DentBiz to anyone needing PDR (paintless dent repair) work done to their vehicle.
