We use glue tabs to remove dents in hard to reach places. Glue tabbing is an art and dents can be completely removed with this method. We apply heated glue to one of these glue tabs and place the tab right on the dented surface. We then pull the tab with a lifter or puller. Usually this process is very time consuming and we only use it when we can’t access the backside of the sheet metal.
This panel is call a “roof rail” and most often we use glue tabs to remove dents here because of limited access to back side sheet metal.
